After a sell-out three night run at The Museum of Comedy last year I am presenting my one man show at the rather wonderful Tristan Bates Theatre in the Actors Centre right behind Cambridge Circus. I am headlining 'First - The Festival of Solo Performance' with a run of five performances from Tuesday 11th - Saturday 15th April at 8pm. Tickets will be £15 / £12 (concs) from here :
Very pleased to announce that the 7pm and the 9.30 shows of Lenny Beige Sings Neil Diamond on the 31st march are now completely sold out. The good news is there will be more dates of this show to come in the summer.
After 2 completely sold out shows back in March, Lenny Beige returns to the beautiful Crazy Coqs at Brasserie Zedel with his tribute to The Jewish Elvis, Mr Neil Diamond.
The shows feature some of ND's biggest hits including Forever In Blue Jeans, America and Cracklin' Rosie.
The shows are on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th August at 9.15 and tickets are £25 each
We aav jttt nnnished shooting Walk Like A Panther, a comedy drama about a group of wrestlers reassembling to save their community pub called The Half Nelson. I play Popsy Wilson Jr the somewhat brash wreslling promoter who decides to get the old team back together.
Six years ago I played Popsy in the TV pilot of the same name, written and directed by my dear friend Dan Cadan. He created something magical back then but this film feels like something REALLY wonderful. The cast includes Stephen Graham, Dave Johns, Stephen Tompkinson, Chris Fairbank, Sue Johnston, Julian Sands, Stephen Marcus, Jill Halfpenny, Michael Socha and more.
Dan will be editng for the next few months and release is hopefully early 2018. I cannot wait for people to see it.
